Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the History Department of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Yogyakarta and KITLV. The MOU was signed by Henk Schulte Nordholt (Head Research KITLV), Gert Oostindie (Director KITLV), Pujo Semedi (Dean Faculty of Humanities, UGM) and Sri Margana (Head of the History Department, UGM).

The MOU is a statement of intent to establish a framework for cooperation between the History Department UGM and KITLV in the field of history, with a focus on the social dimension of the Indonesian national revolution from 1945-1950.
