Adrian has been a research fellow at different institutes, including the Asia Research Institute, the International Institute for Asian Studies, and the NIOD Institute for War, Holocaust, and Genocide Studies. From July 2023 to August 2024, he worked as the 13th International Convention of Asia Scholars Project Manager, which was organized by the International Institute for Asian Studies.
